Intuitive Meditation

This is not a relaxation course, but a series of intuitive techniques that when practiced regularly, will increase your intuition, clear the mind and heal your aura. You will learn to ground and center yourself to get unstuck, and replenish your energy to keep you in the driver's seat of your life. All classes are live-streamed. Each course contains 6-8 hours of instruction, offered in a weekly format or weekend intensive.
