Intuitive Possibilities, LLC

1. Acceptance
By registering for, purchasing, or attending any class, workshop, reading, or healing session offered by Intuitive Possibilities, LLC (the “Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the accompanying Code of Conduct.
2. Disclaimer – Spiritual Services Only
* The Company provides spiritual, energetic, and ministerial services for educational and personal‑growth purposes only.
* No medical, psychological, or legal advice is given. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
* Our work assists the Creator, angels, and divine guides in helping you release emotions, belief patterns, karmic imprints, and energetic blockages that may affect mind, body, or spirit.
* All information is informational; it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental‑health care. If you have a health concern, seek qualified medical or psychological assistance.
3. Ministerial Counseling & Tax Status
* Certain services (e.g., Energy‑Alchemy Healing and Ministerial Counseling) are performed by ordained ministers.
* The Company is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; therefore, any fees or contributions you make are not tax‑deductible.
4. Hold‑Harmless / Liability
* Participation in any class, session, or service is voluntary.
* You assume full responsibility for your thoughts, decisions, and actions.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation, except for claims resulting from the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Data Privacy
* We collect data for the sole purpose of providing the best service to our website users.
* The information we collect depends on how you use our website and engage with us. You may browse our website without providing any personal inforamtion about yourself. If you choose to send us a message through our site, subscribe to our newletter, register for a class, or sign up for a free or paid session, you may be asked to enter information (such as your name and email address) so we can deliver your request or service.
* Collected information may include: name, email, phone number, purchase history, and correspondence. Credit card details are stored only if you select the option to save it in Vcita when making a payment, or request we save it for you.
* Contact information and financial data (credit‑card details, bank information) is never stored on our servers; it is processed solely by third‑party payment processors (Vcita, Stripe, QuickBooks/Intuit, or Zelle) that employ industry‑standard security.
*We do not share or sell your information. We have a variety of security technologies and measures in place to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
* You may request removal of your data, including payment information from these payment processors at any time by contacting us at https://live.vcita.com/site/intuit/leave-details.
6. Confidentiality
All personally identifiable information shared during appointments, readings, or classes is treated as confidential and will be disclosed to third parties only when necessary for scheduling, billing, or as required by law.
7. Communications & Opt‑Out
* You will receive text and email notifications an reminders of appointments and classes you have been registered or scheduled for.
* Marketing emails are sent only to those who have opted in.

9. Client Dashboard
We use a scheduling app called Vcita. Please log onto the dashboard to view your scheduled sessions, find the zoom link for your class or session, reschedule or cancel a session, or contact us.

10. Code of Conduct
* Voluntary Participation - All activities are optional. Participants must be 18 + or have a parent/guardian present and a signed parental release.
* Quiet Environment - Classes are live, meditative, and require focused attention. Please:
1) Sit quietly for 10‑15 minutes before joining.
2) Join from a private, interior space free of pets, children, or loud noises.
3) Silence TVs, radios, and nonessential electronics.
4) Disable email/calendar notifications and set your phone to Do Not Disturb (no vibration).
5) Use headphones/earbuds if audio feedback occurs.
6) Keep your camera on; mute your microphone unless speaking.
* Late Arrivals - Allowed at the instructor’s discretion; repeated tardiness may result in a class credit rather than a refund.
* Connectivity Issues - If you will be without internet, request a telephone dial‑in number at least 24 hours before the session.
* Joining a Session - Use the link sent via email/text or find your class room link by logging into your client dashboard.
11. Rescheduling & Cancellations
* No fee for rescheduling when life circumstances require a change. Please give as much notice as possible.
* Repeated cancellations or last‑minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee (determined at the instructor’s discretion).
* To reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation or manage the appointment through the client dashboard. Changes must be made before the scheduled start time. If you cannot reschedule yourself, send a message via the dashboard.
12. Self‑Care & Accountability
* Spiritual growth can stir old thought patterns and emotional responses. We provide meditation tools to help you process these experiences.
* If you have a history of physical or emotional trauma, or if intense feelings arise during or after a session, contact our staff for spiritual or ministerial guidance.
* We strongly encourage you to seek professional medical or psychotherapeutic support when needed; our services are complementary, not a replacement.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
