Online rescheduling can only be done in ADVANCE of your session. If you cannot reschedule yourself, please send us a message from within the client dashboard.
Self-care and Accountability is necessary
- To develop intuition, increase your spiritual awareness, or seek personal growth, requires us to change and learn how to heal in new ways.
- At times this will disturb old thought patterns and you might not recognize that your disturbed feelings are actually a sign of healing. We offer meditation tools to manage this process, however we acknowledge it can take awhile to find amusement and be able to trust the tools and process.
- For some people with underlying medical issues or a history of physical or emotional trauma, the phenomenon of disturbance is more intense and may not feel supportive. If that describes you, or if you encounter strong feelings or emotions during or after a class, we encourage you to reach out to our staff for spiritual and/or ministerial guidance. We encourage and support those dealing with trauma to also seek professionals from the traditional psychotherapy community who can support you with proven approaches and expertise in this area.
